Hello dear Irish Pub enthusiasts, friends & admirers from Berlin and all over the world!

We are Christiane and Nico – originally online marketing freelancers. With beingirish.berlin, however, we have now revived our great love for Irish music, pubs, beer and more.

When our paths crossed professionally for the first time in 2020, we had no idea that we had more in common than the world of marketing. But during our first visit together at the Double Inn in the south-east of Berlin, it quickly became clear that we had many other common interests.

Since that first meeting, we have shared a passion for Irish punk and folk music and Irish pub culture. Now we would like to share this passion with you in the form of beingirish.berlin. The capital has a multitude of locations that offer a unique atmosphere and stories. We will be visiting them one by one, rating them and reviewing them for you here on the blog. There will also be regular specials and promotions.

We look forward to a time full of Guinness and whiskey together – with you, of course!
